It feels a bit weird doing two ginger drinks back to back but what the heck it’s all tasty and that’s what our job is right? Today we’ve got something called Barr’s Ginger Beer. Barr’s is a soda company that’s been in operation since 1875. It originated in Falkirk Scotland before moving to Glasgow. You might also have heard of them as the company behind IRN-BRU, which is one of the most popular soft drinks in Scotland.
This drink is really interesting, and might be the best ginger beer I’ve ever had. There’s a lot of citrus notes in this, which help to reduce that typical ginger heat. It was very refreshing, and had just a hint of a ginger at the end. I really recommend this, and it seems like it might even be a good mixer.
